What we'll need from you
To digitize cleanly we ask for a vector file — SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF with editable outlines. If you only have a JPG or PNG of your logo, we can re-vector for a one-time $45 fee, included free on orders of 60+ placements.
Tell us thread color (we stock 220 Madeira Polyneon colors), placement (left chest, center, hem corner, towel band, etc.), and finished width. We'll send a digital stitch-out proof for sign-off before production runs.
