When orders ship, how they ship, and what to expect.

We ship every business day from our workroom in Clewiston, FL. Most accounts receive orders within 5–8 business days of sign-off for stock items.

How we ship

  • FedEx Ground for orders under 500 lbs. Tracking emailed the day the order leaves the workroom.
  • LTL Freight for orders over 500 lbs or palletized loads. We quote freight before ship-out for sign-off.
  • Local delivery by appointment for accounts within a 60-mile radius of Clewiston, on Tuesdays.
  • International by quote. We ship to the Caribbean and Canada most weeks.

Replenishment cadence

After your third paid order we offer recurring replenishment: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We hold a forecasted inventory window for your account so stock-outs do not happen even during seasonal demand spikes.

Returns

Stock items returned unused in original packaging within 30 days receive full credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Custom items, embroidered items, and dyed-to-order items are not returnable. If a hem fails inside the first 18 months of normal commercial wash cycles we re-hem it free of charge — ship it back, we stitch it, we ship it back.

Damage claims

Inspect every order within 48 hours of receipt. Photograph any shipping damage and email manage@sburq.com within five business days. We replace damaged items at no cost.
