Line-item PDF quote
Delivered within 48 business hours. Spells out SKUs, fabric weights, sizes, embroidery placement, lead time, ship date, and total before tax and freight.
Sign-off & production
You sign the quote. We move to production. Embroidery designs receive a digital stitch-out proof for second sign-off before machine time.
QC & ship
Every order is inspected against your sign-off sheet before it leaves Clewiston. Tracking is emailed the same day.
Replenishment
From order three onward we set a recurring cadence. You stop chasing inventory. Terms shift to Net-30 automatically.
