What's your minimum order?

Twelve units per SKU. You may mix sizes within an SKU family (for example, six 18″ napkins and six 20″ napkins counts as a 12-unit MOQ on the Service Half-Linen Napkin SKU).

How long are lead times?

Stock SKUs ship in 3–5 business days from Clewiston, FL. Custom embroidery orders typically take 3–5 weeks from sign-off, including digitizing and stitch-out proof approval.

Do you offer Net-30?

Yes. After your third paid invoice, we extend Net-30 terms automatically. Multi-property hotel groups and rental houses can request Net-45 on annual review.

How are fabrics certified?

All our base fabrics carry current OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. Mill of origin is documented on every fabric in the catalog and available on request.

Can I order samples first?

Yes. Our $25 swatch kit includes physical samples of all four catalog families with weight, hand, and color-fastness data. We credit the $25 back on your first wholesale order over $400.

What's included in the embroidery price?

Per-placement pricing covers thread, stitch time, and machine setup. Digitizing is $45 one-time, waived on orders of 24+ placements. Color changes within a single design are free.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Vector preferred: SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF with editable outlines. PNG/JPG accepted but may require a one-time $45 re-vector fee (waived on 60+ placements).

Do you ship outside Florida?

Yes. We ship FedEx Ground throughout the continental US and LTL freight for orders over 500 lbs. International shipping by quote.

What if a hem fails after a few washes?

If a hem fails within the first 18 months of normal commercial wash cycles, we re-hem it free of charge. Ship it back, we stitch it, we ship it back to you.

Do you offer custom dye lots?

Yes, at a 240-unit minimum per colorway. We work with two domestic dye houses and can match a Pantone reference within typical textile tolerances.

Can I tour the workroom?

Yes — by appointment. We typically welcome visitors on Tuesdays and Thursdays so the sewing floor can host a tour without slowing production. Email manage@sburq.com to schedule.

Do you take retail orders?

Not directly. We're wholesale-only. If you're a designer or styling for a private client, your account is welcome under our Florists & Studios program.

Can you re-order the same custom job later?

Yes. We keep your digitized embroidery file and sign-off spec sheet on file indefinitely. Reorders skip the digitizing step and ship faster.

What's your return policy on stock items?

Stock items returned unused in original packaging within 30 days receive full credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Custom items, embroidered items, and dyed-to-order items are not returnable.
