Acceptance
By using sburq.com or placing an order with Sburq Supply Co., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Wholesale account terms
Sburq Supply Co. sells wholesale to businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale, for use in a commercial venue, or as a registered business buyer.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Sburq Supply Co. We may decline any order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send a written order confirmation.
Pricing is shown on our PDF quote and is valid for 30 days from issue. Pricing on the public catalog pages is indicative; the binding price is the one on your signed quote.
Payment
New accounts pay in full at the time of order. After three paid invoices, qualifying accounts may apply for Net-30 terms. Net-45 review is available to Enterprise-tier accounts.
Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is lower.
Custom items
Embroidered items, dyed-to-order items, and custom-cut sizes are non-returnable. We send a digital stitch-out proof and require sign-off before producing embroidered items; once approved, you accept responsibility for the design as approved.
Returns and warranty
Stock items returned unused in original packaging within 30 days receive full credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
Sburq Supply Co. warrants its products against defects in workmanship for 18 months under normal commercial laundry cycles. If a hem fails within that period, we re-hem it free; ship it back, we stitch it, we ship it back.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, improper laundering, or wear beyond normal commercial life.
Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Clewiston, FL). We can ship on your carrier account at your request. Damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of receipt.
Intellectual property
All content on sburq.com — text, images, logos, design — is copyright Sburq Supply Co. You may not republish, reproduce, or scrape the site without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Sburq Supply Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
